house, strap line and link to detail, to allow visitors to quickly browse
to the properties they are interested in. Includes Virtual Tour connecting

Detail
Detailed property information is displayed to visitors when they click
on a property they are interested in with bigger picture, additional
pictures, description, features, additional information, price, open
house, address, map, etc.
User
Options
Once viewing a property, the user has the option of printing the property
on a printer friendly page, emailing the link to a friend, get map,
view time and date if open house is on, booking an appointment to view
the property or calculating the cost of a mortgage.

Categories
Site administrator (eManager) contains many categories that are needed
for their property listings so that they group properties into easily
navigated sections, e.g. Apartments, Townhouse, Duplex, Lot, Homes
etc.
Featured
Properties
Administrators can select a number of properties they wish to display
on their home page for visitors to see as soon as they enter the website.
This feature brings added attention to properties the site owner wishes
to push.

Pages
In addition to the property listings, the site can also display pages
of information about the Company, Testimonials, Contact details, etc.,
which is fully controllable from within the eManager site control panel.
Newsletter
Signup
Each page on the site has a newsletter signup link. This gives the users
of the site the ability to opt in to the mailing list for the website
which is all stored within the database.
Resources
for Sellers/Buyers
A special section was created providing valuable
information for Buyers and Sellers. A visitor is able to
download files in Words documents, PDF, txt and rtf,
read articles that you have written or you may provide the
visitor with a link to read an articles on a different website

Control Panel
The password protected control panel, allows the site administrator to
login and change virtually anything and everything on the site. Full
access is given to property listings, statistics, page content, image
upload, mailing list, site settings and more.

Statistics
Full statistics are provided in the site control panel, with breakdown
on properties viewed.
Listing
Control
Site administrators can add, edit, deactivate or delete properties that
are displayed on the website. With full control over the photos, information
and price displayed as well as the order each property appears in the
listing and on the home page.
Image
Upload
The image upload feature allows the site administrator to upload pictures
of the properties displayed. You can upload a thumbnail which will
automatically resize to certain dimensions to keep the visual look
of the site.
Print
for Display /
Flyers
This feature is set up for the site administrator to print property details
directly from the site control panel
for display in their offices and open houses. This feature can save
time and energy by the information only having to be entered once.
Newsletter
Manager
The newsletter manager allows the site administrator to design their
newsletter. We have included a WYSIWYG HTML Page Editor that allows
the administrator to format the design of the News Page, view and send
emails to all news subscribers.
Company
Settings
A number of site settings can be edited from within the site control
panel, such as Company info and email settings. These settings are
used in all sections of the site and loaded up from the database for
use throughout the site.
Database
Formats
Property Site Manager is supplied with an Access 2000 database. This
can be upsized to MS SQL and with a few changes in the code; the whole
system can work with the preferred database format.
SmartMail Professional
Addition
SmarterMail is a web-based mail server package. This means
that Administrators and end users alike can interact with
SmarterMail via a web browser from anywhere there is internet
connectivity, at any time day or night. The usefulness of
this can not be overlooked, especially for mission-critical
domains, and from an administrative standpoint. Being able
to maintain the mail server and/or domains from anywhere,
at any time, means Administrators and end users can tend
to any issues the moment they arise.
