Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. said Sept. 26 that all of its Houston buildings are "open and fully operational."
According to a news release, the initial assessment of the company's Houston assets following Hurricane Rita's landfall showed "minimal damage" limited primarily to some exterior glass, signs and landscaping. Crescent said that is expects "all identified damage" to be fully covered by property insurance.
Additionally, the company's Houston asset management team reported that employees and customers are safe and that building staff were able to quickly bring systems back on line following the storm.
The company's Houston office portfolio — which it closed Sept. 22, ahead of the storm — includes Greenway Plaza, Houston Center, Fulbright Tower, Three and Four WestLake Park, Post Oak Central, Five Post Oak Park, and One BriarLake Plaza. |
